These guidelines are intended to help you achieve and submit the best images possible.  However, they do not guarantee publication on the Real Estate Guide.  All photos must be approved by the Executive Officer of the Jefferson City Area Board of REALTORS® and will be chosen by the Advertising/Promotion Committee.

Guidelines
1. Photographs should be of high quality in a .jpg, .tif, or .eps format; 10.5”x11.75” in size; 220-300 dpi.
2. Photos of any real estate property currently for sale will not be accepted.
3. Include description of photograph.  (Name of person taking the photograph, name of any person(s) in photo, location or event).
4. Only send photos taken personally by you for non-professional (not copyrighted) and non-commercial purposes.
5. Once your photo is selected, you will be sent an email verifying the information submitted and a projected publication date, so be sure to submit the photo from the email address to which you want this confirmation to be delivered.

Submit your photo to photos@jcabor.com with the following information: your name, email address, and phone number, the name of the person that took the photo and any applicable photo information.

By submitting this photograph, you acknowledge you have consent of any person(s) in or associated with the photo to be published.  Furthermore, you grant permission for the Jefferson City Area Board of REALTORS®, Inc. (JCABOR) and News Tribune (NT) to publish this photo.  JCABOR & NT reserves the right to crop or resize your image so that it fits the format of our publication.
